customizing deal header

SOLVE

HI All,

I'm struggling to do this using the record customization option.

Below is a screen capture of the left panel of a typical deal in my CRM.

I want to remove the field marked in RED. (close date) from the top of the left panel. It's however not possible to modify it as part of the left panel customization. How can I make it happen?

Thanks

@AaronCPFP without deleting the stage from your pipeline set up (not recommended of course), the deal closed satages (won and lost) stay. However, adding filters can help make those stages look empty so you're not seeing all the deals in there.

Oh no, this is what I was worried about, as I tried everything.

Is there a possibility to hide this property based on conditions (in my case it would be deal type)

@Edyta7510 not that I know of. Curious to know more about this. Can you expand on why close date is critical to not see?

@Edyta7510 I don't believe that part of the record is something we can modify. Those 4 properties are baked into the design as far as I've seen. You could add your thought to an idea forum post here, to see if others want the same level of cusomtization power. HubSpot does monitor those ideas.
