Is this an error message you're experiencing when using the HubSpot CRM? Could you share the URL you're trying to access and share a screenshot of the error message?
Generally, all HubSpot systems are operational and there doesn't seem to be a recent incident: https://status.hubspot.com/
If you're having issues accessing your HubSpot portal, I'd recommend clearing your cache/cookies and if that doesn't work, testing a different browser or device.
