contact token not working

hi to everyone

im having problem with the object :

i was writing a customize email and i wanted to add a contact token.

none of them is working, they appear in red instead of green.

only all the company tokens are working.

is there a reason?

Hey @leleriva, thanks for your question. I believe everything that you're seeing is working as it was designed. The red tokens will be contact properties, and the blue tokens will be company properties

These properties should still pull values when being sent to a customer. If you have any examples of that not being the case, please reply with some screenshots of the template you've created and a test where it's not pulling in values and I'll be able to take another look!
