category specific emails

I've a client who is using Shopify CMS. He wants a system if a customer clicks one category he/she gets a triggered email for that specific category. For example if customer clicks vintage rings category, the customer get the emails related to rings. Is this possible using Hubspot CRM?

Hi @godofprogrammer ,

Do you have any enterprise hubs? If so, you could do this using custom events (more information here).

The custom event could trigger the update of a Contact property that records which categories a contact has clicked into.
