can Deal ID and Company ID be the same

What I want to make sure is if company id could be same as deal id.

The question is really if the object ids (Assocation ID, Contact ID, Company ID, Deal ID etc.) are unique identifiers.

Hi @DAcquco,

These IDs are unique only within the object type, so there can be both a contact and company with the same ID, see here.
