associate ticket with exist company

Hi all,

Just a quick question, I have 10,000 tickets and i want to import the tickets and let it automically link to the companies that i have created.

How am I able to do that?

The instructions are very confusing and I just cannot get it to work. It either only assocaites some of the tickets or none of them but create loads of duplicate companies. 

Can you reccommend another resource that specfically explains the process of associating multiple tickets to mutiple different companies?

(one ticket with one corresponding association to be clear)
