added columns in contacts view not saved for next day

Hi,

 

i added some columns / properties in the "standard" contact view (no new filter), which also shown. ok.

BUT after switch between other saved filter views or ON THE NEXT DAY, the new added columns are dissapeard and i have to add them again.

 

I used this option until now and it works, but now this mentioned happend. 

Why? Are there limitation for the amunt of columns or is there any "new saving process, taht i missed"?  But also if i delete an used column before and add than a new one - the new one dissappear latest next day.

Hi @Achim,

 

If you have saved your filter and view. then it should stick. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, any screenshots you can send along would be great!

Hi @Meagan,

 

The order you choose for the columns should stick for the user. The only two columns you can't move are name and email.

 

If you click actions>edit columns you'll be presented with the order of columns, which you can reorder and save.

Is it possible to save the column structure without having a filter assigned? 

 

The original post mentioned not having a filter, and the issue was resolved;  I think I'm doing something wrong, as I can't get the columns to "stick".

Hi

I tried to save my Column view but it keeps changing. Is there a way that I can save my Column view and give it a neme? (Like I did with Filters)

Hi Jenny,

 

yes, as a new filter it works. May the 1st view of CONTACTS is limited but interesting to see, that also delete and add new doesnt work there.

But never theless, the new filter is ok for me.
