I want to add a task (phone call) only to those who opened my last email. I can't find an option to select from the leads lists under "Opened" or "Clicked" tabs etc. Any advice?
@ZGuler I would echo the questions @BérangèreL asked. Sales email or marketing - and when do you want the task created? If it's just in general after an email is sent out, that's a little different than as soon as it's opened.
I might instead use something like "clicked a CTA" or link clicks, then create a workflow based on those that assigns a task.

add task to those who opened my last email
SOLVE
Thanks guys,
I'm a sales development rep. and wish to see an "urgent call task" is created automatically (that won't get lost among other call tasks) in case of a clicking on the links in my email.
But I'd also like to get notification or a call task created if my email opened 3 or more times.
Just to make sure I understand, are you trying to create tasks for your account users when one of your contacts opens an email, is that right? Also, are you referring to sales or marketing emails, please?
I'd like to share these 2 similar posts I found for you:
