Typically, each Zapier integration with HubSpot ties a single Zapier account to one or more HubSpot accounts. If your Super Admin setup a Zapier account for your company, you'll need access to it.
Unfortunately, since Zapier has Super Admin access to your HubSpot portal, it's unlikely you'll be granted access to Zapier unless/until you're cleared to be a HubSpot Super Admin. Even then, too many HubSpot Super Admins in a Zapier account is a formula for disaster. Zapier's kung fu is powerfu.

@MFrankJohnson Frank, Thanks for responding. Are you saying the best course of action is for one super admin to administer one zapier account to avoid issues?
A single Zapier account is preferable. On larger portals with large teams, that single Zapier account can be managed by a coordinated group of Super Admins.
Having multiple Zapier accounts talking to a single HubSpot portal can be a real challenge to manage -- (both from an API requests perspective and from a security perspective). It's important for all HubSpot Super Admins to know what's impacting the portal. Otherwise, things spiral outa control very quickly.
