You sent an email to.. issue

SOLVE

I have connected G Suite account with Hubspot app.

When I received e-mail, reply is automatic logged in CRM but I can see "You sent an email to". It should be not you (because I didin't send this reply" but instead of you it shoud by my interlocutor name.

Hey @Anonymous, 

 

There is actually an open thread in regards to this issue: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Email-chain-not-being-logged-correctly/m-p/24764#M2369. Once I have updates or more information, I will be posting responses to that thread, so please monitor that thread for responses.
