Wrong secondary email on contacts

All of the sudden, I'm finding multiple contacts that have the wrong secondary email address associated with their record. I checked with my team and no one has been merging any contacts. Any idea how this happened and how I can fix it? I feel like I should be unmerging contacts but that's not possible.

I did and it had to do with people clicking on a link from a fowarded email and then filling out a form. I didn't have the form toggle on to create a new contact for every form submission so it was overwriting info. I have to manually go back and fix them and then reupload the form submits.
