SOLVE

Hi there

 

I have some static lists I want to delete that I can't becuase it says the list is in use on a workflow - but I can't see the workflows and from what I can see there are non active in any emails (which is what the workflow was, create a list when contact clicks a link)

 

How can i tidy this up?

@MBull so for some emails, apparently, you set up email automation: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/use-automation-with-marketing-emails

 

If the workflow section is not accessible to you, you would have to find these emails by checking one after the other, and turning off the automation there.

 

If your lists were used in that automation, you may find these emails fastest by opening a contact on that list and checking which marketing emails they received.

Can you share a screenshot of the notice about the list being references in workflows?

 

Are you a super admin in your portal / do you have permissions to see and edit workflows?
