Question: How can I prevent older records from being enrolled in deal workflows that trigger after X days?
Explanation: We have deal workflows in place for Hopkins that trigger actions after a certain number of days. However, I’m concerned about older records being inadvertently enrolled in these workflows, which could lead to unnecessary processing or flooding of actions. Is there a way to set up criteria or filters within the workflows to ensure only new or recent records are included? Any guidance on best practices for handling this scenario would be greatly appreciated!
That depends on how you define recency but generally, yes. One approach would for example be to add an additional enrolment trigger "Create date is less than x days ago".
