Workflow to update Age based on DOB

I would like to be able to update an Age property based on the rocord's DOB. If a record's DOB = today, I want to be able to update that record's Age accordingly (+1) . Any ideas on how I might be able to do that?

Zapier may be a good solution if you don't have Operations Hub.

You can use their variable for today's date and time and then run an equation to subtract one from the other and then push it to Hubspot perhaps!
