Workflow that creates tasks based on email opened and or page views
SOLVE
Hi,
I wanted to see if I could automate tasks creations anytime one of my contacts (prospects) opens an marketing email, sales email or visits a webpage on our website.
I am thinking of something that is real-time vs. past behavior.
For example, if a contact opens or clicks a marketing email I would like it to create a task for me to follow-up.
I see there are few contact enrollment triggers like:
marketing emails open or Last marketing email open date
I could use these
page views
I dont see any useful (avg page views, first, last page, # of page views)

@ALevine2 instead of using the filters directly in the workflow, I'd think about creating an active list with the criteria, then creating a workflow for when they hit the list. You can refine the filter by number of page views and date both.
You'll find other filter criteria there that may solve what you're asking, as well.
Then when someone hits one of these lists, you can have a workflow that simply assigns the contact record owner a task to follow up.
