Workflow for duplicate field

SOLVE

Hello,

We currently have a project ID field on the deal level that tells us which project this deal is associated to for our finance team. Some deals have their own project ID while some deals share the same project ID. I'm trying to creae a new field that says if the deal is a stand alone project or part of a group. Is there a way to create a workflow that recognizes the duplicate value in project ID field and checks the other field for stand alone or exisiting project?

Thanks for suggesting Koalify @karstenkoehler

Our duplicate properties feature will help you identify records with the same project ID. This functionality is currently available for contacts and companies, with deals coming soon.
