Workflow for Deal Stage Changes

Hi, 

We are looking to create a deal-based workflow with a trigger of change in deal stage. Thus, it will auto- enroll whenever the deal stage changes. We want real-time updates since the closest filter would be "updated in the last 1 day" which is not suitable for our needs. 

I came aross these two previous posting requesting the same idea, any updates on this?

I saw this thread by applying the similar concept but to a contact property. I will test this potential work around.

This will do the trick:

HubSpot interprets 'is known' as 'has changed', too.

Is there a way to do this just for when we move a deal into Closed Won?
