Workflow enrollment every time a note is added to a company
SOLVEI am trying to send a slack notification to the company owner each time a note has been added to the company that contains "note created by", but notes cannot be used as a re-enrollment trigger...
Can anyone tell me if this solution would work?
1. Workflow 1:
Create a workflow where a property value updates when a note (with the body containing "note created by" to specify a subsection of our notes) has been created less than a day ago
2. Workflow 2:
Clear the property value if it has been created more than one day ago
3. Workflow 3:
If the value of that property is known, send the slack notification to the company owner

The best way to solve for activity reenrollment ist an additional active list that filters for activities of the type note, with create date less than one day ago. Companies will leave this list after one day and re-enter when there's a new note. You can leverage this and use list membership for reenrollment.
The downside is that companies can enroll max one time per 24 hours. As far as I know, this is currently the best, albeit limited option.

SOLVE@SKerrigan5 you would create this company list in the lists tool first, not the workflow - once you have the company list, you would use it as a reenrollment trigger in your workflow. Does that make sense?

SOLVEHi. It appears this setup no longer works (see screenshot below). On the HubSpot page for workflow enrollment it states that list membership cannot be used for re-enrollment. Is there a new recommended way to do this? Thanks in advance!
