Wordpress form not capturing company information in hubspot

Hi,

I have created a form in wordpress, it has serverla fields, company, first name, last name, email, phone number.

They are all being gathered except company.

Any idea why?

Also I have enabled

"Add link to reset the form"

But it doesn't appear...

Great. I don't see any issues with the form.

Company name is a contact record field. If you view all properties ('view all properties' button beneath the contact 'about this contact' section) in your contact record are you seeing the submitted value listed for the contact? This field doesn't associate the contact with a company record.

The reset link will appear when a visitor returns to the form and their data is pre-populated based on previous submissions:

"To allow visitors to remove any pre-populated fields on the form and create a new contact on submission, select the Add link for users to reset the form checkbox. When this option is selected, visitors who see form fields pre-populated with their own or someone else's information can click a Not you? Click here to reset link that resets the form. This will also disable cookie tracking in the form submission, which prevents any cookie overwrites."
