Why would hubspot miss adding contacts

Hi

We require users to set up an account to see prices etc in woocommerce and use the free version of hubspot.  Most of the time the contacts are added automatically to hubspot, but I am noticing not every single one gets added to hubspot.  Why would it miss some?.. I can't see a pattern as to why.

Hi @SabrinaVE,

Are you using this integration, WooCommerce by MakeWebBetter? Have you checked the integration settings for sync rules? (Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps)
