Why can’t I edit remarks or add notes in HubSpot column fields?

hello, One of our user tried to put the remarks on the column. but cannot edit. and cannot add notes

Hi @DEZI,

Can you please share a screenshot of which part of HubSpot exactly you're referring to?

In general, it's not possible (if you're referring to that) to add notes directly via the Contacts -> Notes column on the contact index page.

If the user is not able to add any notes at all, check their user permissions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide
