Why are my contacts not creating when I finish adding information about the contact.

I tried to add new contacts, added all their information and clicked on the orange create button and I got a message saying that the contact could not be created. This is the first time this is happening to me. I also tried to create and add another, the white button to the right of the orange create button and I got the same message. Someone please let me know if there is a solution to this problem I need to be able to add my leads.

Hi @Airealty,


The only time I've seen this happen is when the contact's email address is associated with another contact, sometimes as a secondary email.


I would recommend searching for the email address using the search feature to see if anything comes up.


If that doesn't work, I would recommend clearing cache and trying again. That resolves an astonishing amount of issues. Smiley Happy
