Does this mean a free account is limited to 200 notifications full stop (and no more will ever be shown) or that a free account is limited to 200 notifications per calendar month?
This thread seems to indicate it's 200 notifications per month:
If I remember correctly it used to be 200 per month - but the wording has now changed and everywhere seems to imply that you get a rolling stream of the 200 most recent notifications, but no history beyond that?
@jennysowyrda can you confirm if I am correct on that?
So, just to be clear: Free account users get 200 notifications per calendar month. If this number is exceeded, no activity will be visible beyond these 200 until the next month's allocation of 200 notifications is activated/the counter is set back to "0" for the new month.
But does this mean we can only ever see the last 200 items in our activity feeds?
Please clarify this particular point. The KB article does not address this specifically.
You are correct! Every month you receive 200 notifications. If you do not use all of the 200, you will be able to view your most recent 200 notifications.
Additionally, I did want to note that you can still receive real time notifications for email opens after the 200 (through the chrome or outlook extension), it is just the ability to use/view the activity feed that becomes locked after the 200 notifications are used for the month.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if I can clarify anything!
Thanks @jennysowyrda - in that case the wording on the pricing page is a bit missleading/confusing and should be changed I think. Not hard to say '200 per month'.
