Where to find Company > Emails in Companies?

I can't seem to find the place where I could see where this Company > Emails association is stored on HubSpot (in the Companies section).

Please someone help me.

Hi @spnc,

This refers to the emails logged to the company record. You would see those on the company timeline: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-activities-on-a-record-timeline

The usefulness of the column is very limited, as it'll return the IDs of the emails but not the email content itself. It really just tells you, at least from looking at it, that there are emails logged to the company and how many.

I think I'm not seeing the 'Timeline' because I'm on a Free plan right?

@spnc the timeline is available on all plans. Are you not seeing it, have you followed the instructions in the article?

Ah yes my bad, I got it now in the corresponding entry Overview and Activities tabs!

I guess the cell is only empty because I have no activity so far, and would start to fill once I have emails flowing in.
