Hi, I have imported clients info via HubSpot CRM Contacts. Each client will have different insurance policies. Could someone provide instructions where to import/add client's policies information?
Thank you for adding context, @AnnKu. If there is a one to many relationship between client and policy, then the policy would have to be a separate object. In an Enterprise subscription, you would create a custom object for that purpose. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-custom-objects
Without an Enterprise subscription, you would have to choose whether you want to use deals or tickets for that purpose, as a workaround. Product name, Risk class, Application date etc would be custom properties: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-and-edit-properties
What exactly does a policy look like? Is it a link, a file, a text?
Without having that context, its still most likely that this would be a company property, single line text for a link, file for a PDF, multi line text for a spelled out policy.
The layout for client's policy information is as below.
Policy Owner
Insured
Spouse Name
Product Name
Face Amount / Initial Amount
Risk Class
Application Date
Provider
Account Number / Policy Number
Policy Owner DOB
Policy Owner Age
Insured DOB
Insured Age
Spouse DOB
Spouse Age
Phone
Email Address
Address
Split Agent
Issue Date
Commission paid
Status
All the above will be in the Client List datasheet. Since one client could have multiple policy records, where different records should be created in CRM? CRM - Deals?? by creating new customerized properties? Thanks!

Hi Karsten, thank you for your explanation. Actually, it was kind of confirm what I was trying to do, using the Deals by adding extra properties.
As to the Enterprise subscription, which one would you recommend for the purpose that we're looking for since there are several Enterprise subscriptions? Thank you!
@AnnKu if this is your only requirement, you could go with the cheapest one that offers custom objects. I would recommend that you pick the one that offers the most features to your main use cases. If you're about to onboard sales people and aiming to build an automated sales process, you would go with Sales Hub Enterprise. If you want to build a support and customer service organization, you would go with Service Hub Enterprise. I'll send you a direct message with more details 🙂
