Hello. I wish to enable IVR for our company, I have a service level seat but I cannot find the permission a super admin needs to enable for me to set it up. Please help? Am I being blind!?

HubSpot has a great Knowledge Base article walkthrough on how to Set up interactive voice response. Be advised that this is an Enterprise feature. I recommend reviewing the guide and clarifying at what point you are getting stuck with the setup. Any screenshots you can provide of the issue or roadblock would be very helpful!

Thanks for replying. So, I haven't even got that far yet. When I got to IVR it says I need a superadmin to enable to the permission for me to set it up. My issue is we cannot find the permission to allow this. Do you know which permission it is?
