When my employees send emails it looks different than mine

For some reason when my employees send emails they don't have access to the bar where they can see when someone opened the email or clicked on a link (see attached photos, the first one is mine and the second one is an employees) is this a setting that I need to change? @CompridoBJJ What sales subscription do you have? Has everyone installed the google or Office365 extension
