I have Superadmin status, but when I go to edit most fields in a contact, the save icon is not appearing in the left hand menu. In the LH menu I can edit the name at the top, plus the phone number; but not the other fields. It was working perfectly up till Tuesday. Another user who also has access can see the save button.
Someone on the chat window suggested clearing the cache as well as signing in and out, which I have done. I also turned the computer off, and re-booted; but it is still not working. Any ideas?

Hi Karsten,
That's strange?? I tried in Firefox, and it was fine. Then went back to Chrome and it was working again there as well!
Half an hour before it wasn't, so I am not really sure if editing in Firefox fixed the problem, or something happened in that half hour.
But it is now working anyway. Many thanks for that.
