I have a whatsappTemplate that has a CTA that opens a Whatsapp Form.
Hwoever when I am trying to send that template it shows as " delivered" but nothing comes on the receipient side. Normal Whatsapp message w/o that template is getting delivered. Also there is "no Unsupported error" on that template. The contacts are Mktg Contacts with Whatsapp Subscription consent.
If the template shows as “delivered” but nothing appears on the recipient’s side, and normal WhatsApp messages work, the issue is likely with the CTA in the template (especially if it links to a WhatsApp Form).
A few things to try:
Clone the template and remove the CTA — if that version delivers, the link is likely causing the block.
Test the template in Meta’s Template Manager — if it fails there too, the issue is on WhatsApp’s side.
Watch for silent blocks — WhatsApp may block templates with unsupported or deep WhatsApp links even if no error shows in HubSpot.
Check character limits and formatting — long messages or weird line breaks can cause silent failures.
Even though there’s no error, it’s often a link or formatting issue.
