WhatsApp Business - Group Chat

Hello everyone,

I successfully implemented the WhatsApp Business Integration from the HubSport Market Place.
I wanted to ask if it is possible to create group chats like on a private WhatsApp Account or if it is not possible due to data privacy reasons.

Currently, WhatsApp Business doesn't support creating group chats like you can with a personal account. This limitation is mainly due to data privacy and security considerations. If you need to manage conversations with multiple customers, you might want to use broadcast lists or engage through one-on-one chats.
