I have a custom object, Purchase, with a field, Order Pipeline Stage, which was provided by HubSpot. It's a drop-down select field. When I change the value in this field for the first time, a message tells me that 2 fields have been updated. Subsequent changes to the field says only 1 field has been updated.
The field is not in a workflow, and I cannot, for the life of me, find out what other field is being automatically updated. How can I find out what other field is being updated, and what's causing it?
@OM19 by chaing the pipeline stage, are you changing the pipeline also? These are separate properties in HubSpot: pipeline stage and pipeline. By updating the stage and moving the record to another pipeline, you're also updating the pipeline.
If your coworker cannot make this change, then she's either missing field level permissions for this particular field (check field access in property settings) or does not have editing access in the pipeline (check custom object pipeline access settings).

The field causing the "problem" is circled 1 in the image below. It's a drop-down select provided by HubSpot. When I change the value for the first time, then I get the message, circled 2 in the image below. Subsequent changes to this drop-down says only one field has been changed/saved.
I have looked at the history of the property changes of one of the records, and the only other property changed is the "Updated by user ID" field. I suppose that is the other property being changed.
The problem is that I am a super admin. I have no problems changing this field. A colleague is a "normal" user. When she tries to change the field for the first time she cannot. But she is able after I make the change first.
