The mobile network providers in my country are going to make a change in the format of Mobile Numbers.
Says all numbers starting with 0168 will be changed to 038 says: 0168XXXXXXX will be changed to 038XXXXXXX. 0120XXXXXXX will be changed to 070XXXXXXX.
(The XXX will not be changed).
I'm worrying that this will affect many of my contacts. What is the best way that I can use to update mobile phone numbers of my contacts?
I'm using Hubspot CRM free edition and have around 500 contacts.

Hi @dzungk
Wow, that's a big change. And tricky to apply to all contacts in a CRM.
The easiest approach is probably to export all your contacts with phone numbers containing '0168' to excel, perform a find and replace to swap it with '038' and re-import those contacts (just email address for dedupe and the new phone numbers) back into HubSpot.
Hope this helps.

This did the trick for me aswell, but ideally, this could be solved via workflow where you just replace or append text to the property like we know it from spreadsheets.
I'm having a similar issue where I need to add a country code to all my phone numbers and this is currently not possible via workflows... Any chance we can add this to the wishlist?
