What is the best way to organise customer accounts into categories of memberships

Our company has saas offerings that include membership to different working groups. We have different initiatives, cadences, etc. We need to be able to pull up a working group and then update all company records when there has been a workshop or when an agenda has been sent, decisions made at group level, etc.

Hey @BelleC - there are a few different ways you could accomplish this.
Assuming you'll be on the professional package for awhile, it'd be through association labels, custom properties, lists and workflows.
Some questions:
1. how big are the working groups? how often do you need to create lists or report on the working groups? 2. are you using any tools outside of HubSpot to help with these iniatives? 3. how in-depth of information do you truly need? keeping tabs of working groups from a high-level could be as simple as a custom property that influences a list/association.
