Can you check what you're experiencing against the limits listed in the article? Keep in mind that especially for the connected accounts, the limits are not guarantees but known ceilings.

Thank you. Am i correct in think that on Enterprise there is a limit of 1000 active contacts per sequence no matter the list size? This would make sense of why only 1000 of our 5000 contacts list is currently going through a particular sequence.
Are you saying the 1000 send per day (for Enterprise) is the blocker? I don't believe we are sending that many across other sequences per day.
Also for the sequence where only 1000 of the 5000 contacts list are receiving the emails, the 1000 are now at step 2 (8 days apart) but the remaining 4000 are yet to recieve step 1.
