I think this was an error since I signed up with my company domain.
The email said to reach out to comminuty to resolve this.
Please fix this error, I'm in the early stages of choosing a CRM for my business and would like to continue with HubSpot, otherwise I will be forced to use a competitor.

I first signed up with my gmail account, attempted to verify in order to gain access to more features (emails, forms etc.). After submitting my info, I got an email saying HubSpot was unable to verify my identity (screenshot below).
I then signed up for a new account with my business domain email and repeated this process but it still sends me that unverifed email. I suspect there's some block on my domain after the 1st attempt with gmail. If someone could correct this error I would appreciate it as my identity is verifed by the fact I was able to sign up and verify my domain business email in HubSpot. Thanks.
HubSpot's system checks for publicly verifiable information about each account, such as an established web or social media presence. If any of this information looks questionable or can't be easily verified, some tools in the account may be suspended for review. As noted in the screenshot, after a final decision is made on the account, any impacted tools will remain locked as a necessary security precaution. Since this is a free account, there is no remediation. This, however, does not affect your Community account. We appreciate your understanding.
