Warranty Expiration - auto updating a date property field based on other property values

I am wanting to create a workfrlow that automatically creates a warranty expriation date based on a products warranty property, plus the ship date property. 

For example, if product X has a 1 year warranty, and the ship date was on 3/1/2021, I would like the warranty expiration property to automatically populate with the date 3/1/2022 to show the expiration date of 1 year from the ship date, since the warranty of the product was 1 year.

This currently isn't possible with HubSpot workflows, hower you could try this workaround using Zapier by @Arlene , or if you have OperationsHub Professional or higher and access to a developer you can use a custom coded workflow aciton to achieve this.
