Warning: "You've used 3 out of 10 custom properties."

I created one property in my new account, and I got a popup saying, "You've used 3 out of 10 custom properties. Unlock more custom properties with Sales Hub Starter."

I expected customizations to eventually require an upgrade, that's not a problem.

Why would just one property get counted as three?

Also, when I removed one of the Labels in the Property, I got another message, this time "You've used 4 out of 10 custom properties..."   What am I missing?

I investigated more and it looks like at the moment the count of custom properties is correct.

For you to see more information about it, you will need to go to Properties settings and filter by the user who created the properties :

 filter properties
