Views on Contacts Page

Is it just me or did the behavior on the contacts page related to view changes ? for the worse?

Are you referring to a contact record (with the activity timeline) or the contact index page (Menu > Contacts > Contacts)? Could you describe a bit more in detail what you're experiencing?

yes - under contact / contacts

i used to be able to see "My Views" and scroll through, select one, and
"execute" it

Now there is only add views and a list of views which is
essentially worthless - to me anyway

This is the second change i've seen recently - the other being an automatic
email pop-up when going through tasks that i can't imagine having gone
through a user test

Could you elaborate why "All views" is useless to you? To me, this is functionally the same as before.
