Hi! I also had issues with this. If you open your contact page and select "filter activity". Have it select all and then you should be able to see your colleague's notes/activity. This worked for me so I hope it helps you!

This could be due to permissions of your hubspot account. Do they have permission to view records other than their own?

This depends on the permissions of your colleagues. Each user can have different permissions for viewing notes, see below:

You or an admin in your HubSpot portal would have to adjust their permissions accordingly: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/edit-user-permissions

My colleague can see a note I posted on 7th Feb, but they can't see the note I saved earlier today on the same contact record............
