Value doesn't exist in target property options error in workflow

SOLVE

I have a workflow that should transfer the disqualification reasons from a lead to a matching property in a contact upon lead stage selection. I have ensured the two properties are identical, but I still get this error when running the workflow.

 

Both properties are multiple checkboxes, and both have the same items in the same order.

@Keegan4123 the workflow editor should point out for which record the action failed. Which value does it have?

 

Can you share screenshots of the values/labels for both the origin and target property?

Hi @Keegan4123,

 

Typically, when you navigate to that option in the workflow editor, it highlights which value is missing. Have you checked?

 

Could you also verify that both internal and external label match for all values in both properties?

Yeh they match, the error does not specify which of the values.. hubsport support looking at it now.. hopefully they figure it out.
