Utilize Hubspot for pricing and quoting

Hello,

Currently, we calculate Amount of deals manually. What we try to have in Hubspot is :

 

  • Upload a pricing list time to time on HS
  • and based on Product selection the amount of deal will be automatically calculated. 
  • In some cases it can be tricky because we have different privacy model for different cases so we should also keep in mind that

This sounds like an awesome use for HubSpot quotes and products/line items if you aren't using those already.

 

Pricing information is best stored within HubSpot products (more info on products in this Knowledge Base article). The products you create can then be referenced with HubSpot quotes (more info on quotes in this Knowledge Base article).

 

Once you have your product library set up, you can create quotes for each deal that factor in the products being purchased, special discounts, and additional charges. You will have a standard price set for each product, but that can also be manually adjusted on the quote. In the end, you'll have an itemized quote that contains the total amount you can use for your deal amount.
