Using an non-Hubspot Pop-Up Form to track leads

SOLVE

Hello everyone,

our company wants to integrate a button on the website. When you click on it,  a non Hubspot pop-up-form appears. But the problem is, that Hubspot does not track forms, that are integrated in a non Hubspot Pop-Up. What can we do instead? A normal Hubspot Pop-up is no option, because we want that the form appears only by clicking on that button.

Best regards

Tabea

Hi @TScherling

The answer depends, perhaps, on what you mean by 'track'. Assuming you mean capture the lead in HubSpot and track their joureny then you have two main choices:

Hope this helps?

Hi @TScherling,

What website CMS are you using? I've done this using Gravity forms and a popup plugin called Popup Maker if you are using WordPress.

You can read on how to do this here.

If you're not using WordPress, and you have a popup functionality on your website already, just embed the HubSpot form in the popup.  Almost every CMS has some form of popup modal plugin, module, etc. Just go find one for your CMS.

Hope that helps.
