Using Hubspot forms to create contact lists and other forms questions

Hello,
I have a few questions about how I'd like to be using the hubspot forms, I can't seem to find and lessons on the features I'd like to be using, my questions are:
1 - Can our follow-up email be an email template?
2 - Once they fill out the form, the contact seems to just get put in with all other contacts, can I set certain properties to those who use this particular form and how do I do this?
3 - Can a new contact made from a form go straight into a spot in the Deals area?
A lot of the training videos I've seen are about the importants of maintaining contacts or teaching how to market better, but I have struggled to find many videos that go in depth into actually using Hubspot features (which buttons to click, options to select etc).
I assume there must be videos on these questions somewhere, any help would be appreciated.
With Marketing Hub Professional and above you could also use form submissions as a workflow trigger and send templated emails through a workflow.
