Using HubTags

SOLVE

See screnshot below:

 

Has anyone tried using Hubtags extension? Everytime I enter the company token ...the screen freezes 

 

Note: The numbers I put on the token are not my real token, just an example

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue with this extension. 

 

I would recommend trying out the following steps to see if this a caching issue with the extension:

  • Clear the browser's cache
  • Attempt to delete the attachment in a separate browser or in incognito
  • Disable any other extensions, plugins or AdBlockers within your browser 

If the extension continues to freeze, I would recommend reaching out to HubTag's support team. It looks like this integration https://petrovdigital.io so they should be able to advise on this. Their contact info is info@petrovdigital.io.

Thanks so much!!!! Petrovdigital chatbot responded...and the solution was to create an account by selecting "public" app instead of "private" app
