Users unable to see contacts

I have set rules for my users to access only those contacts owned by them. Yesterday, one of the user was unable to access any of his contact. I had to resort to giving him access to all contacts instead of owned in my settings. After that, he was able to access his contacts by setting up filter to show only contacts owned by him. This issue is slowly creeping in the whole organization and I am helpless but to resort to the makeshift arrangement for all users.

This is very likely the same issue as discussed here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Users-unable-to-see-contacts/m-p/751657#M138572

 


We've flagged this behavior with our product experts who are currently investigating this issue. They've shared this update with us:

 

"We've identified an issue where some object data is not up to date for some customers. We've addressed the problem and are updating all data from the last 24 hours that was affected. This may take a few hours to complete."


This should hopefully resolve soon.
