Uploading a list of deals by Hubspot ID to enrich the data

resolver

I have a Google Sheet of deals from Hubspot that we want to do some analysis on but are missing some key bits of information like days since last activity.

I'm trying to find a way to upload this list of deals back into Hubspot so I can then add more fields to the list and then export the list again.

Is there a way to import this list not to change or update the records in Hubspot but just to simply view the list of deals and hopefully add additional context to them?

Hi @APierre8,

Yes, if you have the Record ID in your import file, there is a step during the import process where you can map it. HubSpot will then only update records where it can find this Record ID:

My screenshot shows the option for contacts but it's the same for deals.
