Uploading Companies and Contacts

Hi all,

I have just attempted to upload my fiest excel sheet with Compant and client information.

However this has been uploaded into contacts not companies.  So now I'm unable to see the company information, which makes this worthless.

I was trying to set up my clients like mine was set up in the company information when i signed up for Hubspot?  

Can anyone help?

P.S It says if I delete anything then I'm unable to load info back in for 90 days?  Is this true?

Hey @RobSCFF, thank you for posting in our Community!

I would recommend, first, exporting the contacts you've uploaded. Once exported, you can organize the data in your Excel sheet according to the company information.  After reorganizing, attempt to upload the data again, ensuring that it goes to the correct section this time.

Regarding your concern about deleting information, it's advisable to proceed with caution.
