Upload Phone Numbers

Hubspot AI bot claims I can upload contacts with only phone number, and no name or email. However, everytime I try to upload the contacts, I receive an error message.  

Can you tell me how to upload phone numbers in hub spot without a phone number?

Hi @MG451,

As far as I know, this is not possible – which means your AI generated answer is not correct. Creating contacts via import requires at least one of:

• First name
• Last name
• Phone number

If you don't have either, you'd have to come up with placeholder values for one of these three, e.g. first name. Generally not recommended, but it would allow you to import your phone numbers.
