Hello @SSmith4,
This cannot be hidden. The name of the pipeline is always added in brackets.
Best regards!

Hi @SSmith4,
The "Pipelines" in brackets is the name of your pipeline. You can edit the name of your pipeline following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/deals/set-up-and-customize-your-deal-pipelines-and-deal-stages#edit-or...

Hi @SSmith4,
Are you referring to a bulk edit on the Deal stage property?
Unfortunately, there isn't a reverse button in HubSpot, but you can find a great tutorial (with multiple steps) on how to change your deals back to the earlier values: Reverting Bulk Property Changes by Importing Historical Property Values
If we're talking about very few deals, I would simply check the property history and change it back manually. If however this is a larger number (20+), the above option is probably faster.
Hope this helps!

Hi @SSmith4,
Let me know if you have any issues following the steps in the tutorial linked above. Again, there isn't any feature that allows you to go back in one click, but yes, it's possible to access those earlier values (see the tutorial).
Best regards!
