Update properties based on form and active list

Hi,

We have a form which updates url properties of the single company. We want to be able to copy these urls to every company in an active list. 

Currently i have a workflow which is triggered by the submission of the form. This updates the single company url. How do i filter the rest of the workflow to only copy these url properties for companies within an active list?

Hi @JumpingKangaroo,

1. Ensure your target companies are in the active list.

2. Add a branch in your existing workflow triggered by the form submission.

3. Set the branch to enroll only companies from the active list.

4. Use "Set Property Value" to update the URLs for those companies.

Test the workflow to ensure it updates only the intended companies.
